Terms and conditions 

Before you book your children's event with us at your chosen venue, you need to follow these terms and conditions.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER:

There will not be a contract between you and Epic Events until we have recieved full payment of deposit. By paying your deposit you are accepting these full terms and conditions. Before this occurs we reserve the right to cancel any package booked by you.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

- Once placed your party package booking it will tell you to pay in person, however In order to secure your booking we do need to take a non-refundable deposit of £50. This gets taken off your total fee. 

-Once you have placed your party booking you will receive an email with the bank details which you need to transfer your deposit payment to. 

- You will need to make full payment at least 3 days before your event occurs, this will be done via bank transfer and you will receive details on the account to transfer to once your booking has been placed.

CHANGES TO BOOKING: 

- Any changes to your booking needs to be communicated via email at least 4 weeks in advance. 

- Epic Events reserves the right to adjust any entertainment if needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- You must make your cancellations via email at least 4 weeks before the date of your event in order to be eligible for a refund if you paid your event In full prior to this. 

- No refund will occur if you cancel your event with less then 4 weeks notice.

VENUE REQUIREMENTS:

- The venue for your event must provide a safe and acceptable environment for Epic Events entertainment. 

- The venue must have access to electricity, toilets, and other necessary resources and facilities ensured by the client.

WEATHER POLICY:

- If there is heavy rain, a storm, or any other bad weather and the client had an outdoor venue they are eligible to move their venue inside as long as the venue change is communicated within 2 hours of the entertainers arrival time.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA: 

- By booking with Epic Events you are allowing us to take photos and videos of your event and your guests. 

- By booking your event with Epic Events you are giving us permission to use any photos/videos we may take on all social media/website platforms for any promotional purpose. 

 

LIABILITY: 

- Epic Events is not liable for injuries and damages that could occur at the event. 

- It is not our responsibility to watch over the children, therefore the client must agree to supervise all children throughout the duration of the event.

 

CONDUCT:

- Epic Events expects all clients and their guests to behave in an appropriate manor throughout the duration of the event.

- Epic Events expects the event organiser to arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the party. 

- Epic Events expects the event organiser to declare any allergies or important information to us when you book your party.

LAW AND JURISDICTION: 

- Epic Events terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted by Laws of England. 

- Any legal action made from these terms and conditions will only be allowed to be brought into the courts of England and Wales.
